Purpose of the development: Designed for control of electric control devices energized tap changer type which carry automatic adjustment factor of transformation of power transformers.

Recommended application field: RPN management of electric transformers.

Average lifetime to medium (capital) repair at least 15 years. Mean time to recover no more than 6 h. Average storage time of at least 2 years.

Description of the development:

Controller provides the following functional tasks: - Automatic voltage regulation at the substations , as with so smoothly and rapidly changing load; - Adjust the level of the regulated voltage to the load current to one or a group of lines ; - Formation of pulsed or continuous control commands electric RPN ; - Functional testing of electric RPN in pulse mode ; - Group control electric RPN parallel transformers ; - Blocking regulator and alarm when a fault drives RPN ; - Setpoint change voltage from one preselected value to the other external relay signal; - Ban areas external relay control signal; - Blocking at reduced voltage measurement ; - Summation currents up to four lines; - Manual override control commands block for adjustment and for objects with no remote control circuits ; - Submission of control commands to the drive manually ; - Use the controller as a block voltage limit .
