OPTOELECTRONIC DIAGNOSTIC COMPLEX OF EVALUATION THE PERIPHERAL MICROCIRCULATION IN THE MAXILLOFACIAL AREA
Purpose of the development:
Optoelectronic diagnostic system is designed to determine microcirculatory disorders of the cardiovascular system by registering, processing and storage of blood vessels fotopletizmogram by hardware.
Recommended application field:
1. Functional diagnostics based on modern computing and optoelectronic technology for rapid diagnosis of CVD and creating a database for each patient .
2 . For studies of physical and manual therapy procedures for operational monitoring of the vascular system of the spine before the procedure, during and after the issuance of a result of its effectiveness.
3 . When medical examination of the population (especially children and students ) based on the portable computing (Notebook) and modern integrated optoelectronic devices. This makes it possible to conduct a survey of 100 % of the population .
Advantages over analogues:

Description of the development:
() Optical method of diagnosing microcirculation characterized by a fairly wide range of possibilities for the registration ranoobraznyh physiological functions of tissues, organs and body systems. Also a hallmark of the parameters is their high selectivity and accuracy. Optical method also allows you to use along with laser and opto- electronic sensors flexible fiberglass fibers for the study of microcirculation.
The system allows :
. register photoplethysmogram ( FPG ) two channels simultaneously on peripheral arteries ;
. perform hardware and software noise filtering ;
. measure the amplitude and temporal characteristics of FPG ;
. perform the calculation of the parameters of PPG in relative units ;
. perform the work with the database of patients;
Through the use of optoelectronic sensors registering biomedical signals operating in the infrared and red bands is provided a safe and comfortable diagnosing various age groups and physical condition of the population ( including the very ill , for example, after the accident , burns, etc. i ) safe working conditions attendants and improved quality of care.
