The machine consumes comprises: - The base or bottom frame ; - The upper frame ; - Bin boot ; - Nuts dispenser ; - Splitting device; - Drive ( geared motor ) . Operation of the machine is as follows : In the hopper is filled with walnut ( uncalibrated ) . Then connect the machine to the network 380/220V/50Gts . Turn the circuit breaker on SHU ( cabinet) - the machine is ready for operation. Press "Start" button on the SHU , it leads to start the motor drive ( gear motor ) . Walnut is dosed individually in roskalyvaetsya Splitting device and nut shells , and then the finished product is poured into the container to slide-ways . The compression ratio is adjusted nut and feeder serving nuts Individually Splitting device is synchronized with the latest in a cycle . Job feeder splitting device comes from a single drive .
