ANALYSIS SYSTEM OF THE POWER REPRODUCTION UNDER THE CONDITION OF THE TELEMETRY DATA INSUFFICIENT AMOUNT (SYSTEM ASVES)


Purpose of the development: Software package ASVES designed for continuous monitoring of electric power consumption in enterprises at all levels in order to reduce commercial losses and energy saving policies.

Recommended application field: ASVES first allows full control over power consumption, even in low amounts of actual measurements.

Technical characteristic: Particularly noteworthy are the properties of the system : 1. In case of failure of physical measurement and communication ASVES automatically compensates them analytically reproduced parameters electricity provided that the amount of existing physical measurements did not become less than some minimum level for the system . 2 . In the case of reducing the volume of telemetry below the minimum level due to the failure of the telemetry devices and channels , the system automatically stops the playback mode , but continues to read , analyze and display telemetry data from the information-measuring system . If the amount of telemetry back to a minimum level , or exceeds it, the system automatically starts the process of reproduction mode network. 3 . Unfortunately, the telemetry data received from existing domestic information-measuring systems often carry a significant error , and their set may even be incompatible , that is, one that is contrary to the laws of electrical engineering. In all these cases, the system tries to adjust the data so that they are compatible with the current in electric Ohm 's and Kirchhoff's laws . After that , the results obtained by the system playback mode , become more reliable and more accurately reflect the process of electricity than those obtained inaccurate telemetry data .

Advantages over analogues: Compared with the existing domestic and foreign control systems for power consumption ASVES has the following advantages: - For the same investment in a control system for power consumption, ASVES provides a 3-4 times greater volume of almost reliable data; - The same amount and accuracy of the data using ASVES can be 3-10 times cheaper.

ASVES allows continuous : - Display options electricity generated from existing information-measuring systems ; - Analytically reproduce and display the parameters of the current energy consumption of all nodes that are not covered by measurements ; - Ensure payment balance and control of active power and power grid companies , regions and some large electricity consumers with insufficient accuracy even with the small amount of actual measurements ; - Monitor performance of existing information-measuring systems and diagnose correctly the evidence; - Maintain archives of measured and calculated parameters analytically consumption. System Properties ASVES make it advisable to use not only in networks with low telemetry , but also in networks with medium and even high-coverage information and measuring equipment. In such networks ASVES allows to filter and adjust the telemetry data containing significant measurement error and thus increase the reliability and increase the reliability of the information-measuring system as a whole due to the replacement of damaged measuring devices and communication channels analytical obtained by the system during playback picture electricity . Principle of operation ASVES does not depend on the traditional part of the information -measuring system , which supplies it with information in a local area network . Therefore ASVES is available as a standalone software product that received the initial information from any information-measuring system , or can be integrated into existing systems.
