Calibrator multistrand roller-type , low noise . This calibrator is used for fractionation of walnut , hazelnut , frozen fruit (cherries , raspberries, strawberries ) and vegetables ( brussel sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage melkogolovochnaya ) . Calibrator drum type consists of a welded frame , roller bearings which set sectional sieve drum. Constructively in the frame provided its pitch . Each section has a separate exit and can be equipped with cylindrical screens with different shapes and sizes of holes . Drive through the sieve drum gearmotor . To adjust the speed of rotation of the drum sieve applied frequency engine speed control that allows you to adjust the speed of rotation of the drum . When moving inside the drum sieve product is separated into fractions , each of which is collected in bags, dockable on brackets or other prepared container. Additionally drum calibrator retrofitted feed conveyor with receiving hopper feeder or metering product.
