Purpose of the development: The system is designed for operation in the equipment of radio and television stations and allows you to quickly assess the ratings of radio and TV programs, get information about the attitude of listeners or viewers to specific events and people , etc. The system has two versions . A first embodiment consists of a hardware unit that provides call processing subscribers across multiple (up to five ) telephone lines and special software that allows in a convenient graphical form displayed on the screen of the monitor survey results . The second embodiment is designed to work as part of a five-channel TUI "Dialogue" and consists of a special board , which is mounted inside interface "Dialogue" and provides call processing subscribers simultaneously on three or five telephone lines and special software that allows in a convenient graphical form display the monitor survey results .

Recommended application field: Development can be used in radio and television broadcasting systems for evaluation rating radio and television programs.

Technical characteristic: Telephone lines - 5. Duration programmable music signal in response, which confirms that the phone call made - no more than 3 seconds. Maximum system performance for five phone lines - 25 calls / min (1500 calls / h). Maximum update rate on a PC screen - no less than 1 per second.

The main function of the system of preferential voting : - Automatic answer after receiving a signal for each of the five telephone lines ; - Automatic release the telephone line ; - Count the number of phone calls to each of the five lines; - Shipment of accumulated data to a personal computer via a serial port COM1 or COM2 ( RS-232 interface ) . The software allows you to: - Set the serial port of the computer that is connected to the hardware block rating system of voting; - Set the phone lines , which conducted the poll and comments to identify these lines; - Quickly display the results of a survey on the screen in the form of a histogram with the comments in full screen mode ; - Specify how to display the histogram ( in % , in the number of calls ); - Set the refresh rate on the monitor ; - Program the start time and end a telephone survey ; - Create a user setting the image on the monitor screen . The system is implemented on a national scale - on TRC " Era" ( UT-1 ) , in the regional - on TV " Ishtar " ( Vinnitsa) .
