Purpose of the development: The technology allows to produce knee with minimum bend radius in the range of 20-219 mm outer diameter, wall thickness of 1.5-10 mm, steel and 20 X18H9T. The technology is based on the use of the device, taken along the circuit which connects the deformable pulling pipes and the method of winding. Application allows you to use a deformable broaching process of losing stability blank for forming the knees without signs of rejection.

Recommended application field: Areas of application knees - nuclear, food, chemical industry, oil and gas, and utilities.

Advantages over analogues: Technology has a level of "know-how" and has no analogues in the world. Cost of goods 20 are 30-40% and steel X18H9T - by 60-70% compared with conventional manufacturing techniques of the knee. Produced by this technology are knee high quality and meet the requirements of national and international standards.
