Purpose of the development: The instrument is designed for continuous monitoring of the concentration of dissolved compounds in a liquid medium (eg, saline concentration) during their movement in the process piping.

Recommended application field: The device is intended for use in brewing, sugar, chemical industry.

Technical characteristic: Reduced measurement error: not more than 2%. Unified output signal: 0 to 5 mA. Power consumption: less than 60 VA. Orifice sensor: 20 mm. Dimensions: - Sensor - no more than 350 * 200 * 45 mm; - Measuring device - no more than 300 * 200 * 450 mm. Weight devices: - Sensor - 2.5 kg; - Measuring device - no more than 6 kg.

The measuring principle of the device - optical . The device allows to measure the concentration regardless of the turbidity and color controlled environment . The device consists of a sensor and measuring device . The sensor is fixed directly on the technological pipelines bypass and has a tight performance . The maximum distance from the sensor to the measuring device - up to 100 m The device may have a range of the measured concentration of dissolved compounds in the range of from 5 to 20 % , or by any other customer. The device can be used as a recorder limits the concentration of dissolved compounds in the local process automation filtration , evaporation and desalting different liquid solutions . Prototypes of the device embedded in the firm "Panda" (Vinnitsa ), and other food processing plants .
