The device . Micromill consists of a frame , which is fixed on the grinding chamber with the hopper and control box . Inside the mill chamber mounted rotor with hammers , combs and gauge lattice . Rotor drive by using the electric motor through V-belt transmission . Principle of operation . The design used Micromills impact principle, in which the destruction of the starting material occurs when a collision with hammers and dies. Size is determined by the speed of the grinding hammers , their number , shape and size of the openings of the lattice gauge . When working Micromills feed from the hopper is fed by gravity into the grinding chamber , where it is crushed in a collision with hammers and dies. Mill products through a calibrated grid are poured into a cloth bag attached to the neck off the grinding chamber .
