Purpose of the development: Developed a set of science-based designs and technologies for the design, optimization and machine made effective cryogenic heat shield design with layers of screen-vacuum thermal insulation (MLI).

Recommended application field: Hydrogen Energy. Livestock (in vitro fertilization technology for playback of high-value animals) cryomedicine (for long term storage of vital blood supplies, parts of the skin, organ donation) and cryobiology.

Advantages over analogues: Highly developed design with heat-MLI will also contribute to the priority areas of modern science - the creation of alternative renewable clean hydrogen energy through the use of data structures in the manufacture of thermal protective cryogenic tanks for storing liquid hydrogen with minimal losses in gas stations or on board vehicles when used as fuel.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: Implementation of scientifically-based design and technology at the CJSC "HZTO" allowed jointly to master production of seven types of vessels cryobiological improved capacity from 5 to 35 liters of liquid nitrogen for storage. This technology allows to reduce the loss of liquid nitrogen while maintaining compared to the best world analogues 3-3.5 times. CJSC "HZTO" released more than 160 thousand high-efficiency energy-saving cryobiological such vessel in Finland, Hungary, Mongolia, Cuba and other countries.

Based on the developed cryogenic heat shield designs with MLI and cryobiological vessels established a number of new high cryovacuum krioadsorbtsionnyh and devices for the implementation of energy-saving technology in the processes of separation and gas purification, drying, extraction. The possibility of using them for the evacuation of complex mixtures and separate them, including for pumping multicomponent gas mixture of fusion reactor and recovering from it to return to the deuterium fusion "furnace".
