AUTOMATED ELECTRICAL ENGINE BASED ON TRUNDLING ROTOR
Purpose of the development:
On the basis of a rolling rotor motors (DRC), created a series of automated microprocessor drives for use in Valves for energy facilities and industry, as well as in the systems orientation of different devices.
Recommended application field:
Energy, oil and gas, metallurgy, chemical industry and building materials industry.
In foreign countries, the DRC have been used in automated production lines, valves and gates drives in different rotary devices.
Advantages over analogues:
Was developed for electric original freewheel , providing self-locking drive . Developed construction does not require the use of a torque limiting mechanism , as not inherent to the DRC inrush currents , and hence the moments. In addition , the engine can run on for a long time " stop" without breaking down . Test drive confirmed virtually all mechanical and electrical design parameters . Now developed automated actuators with speed 1-2 rev / min , providing torque 5 Nm , 12 Nm and 60 Nm .
