Purpose of the development: Electrostatic filter is designed to clean the horizontal flow of the flue gases from the dust component.

Recommended application field: System of dust and gas cleaning industries.

Advantages over analogues: - Reduction of metal extends the life of the electrostatic supporting structures ; - Increase the distance between electrodes enables to increase the density of the corona current ( without the risk of breakdowns ); - Redesign the discharge element ( own patent enterprises) increases the reliability and durability ; - Change the design of this system and shaking the collecting electrodes corona extends their service life and easy maintenance and repair; - The use of power units and Controlling developed by FLSmidth ( Denmark) creates additional benefits: - reduction of the residual electrostatic dust discharge ; Energy savings - with the greatest possible efficiency ; - increase the life of the internal mechanical equipment.

The electrostatic dust collector is in electrical power which is used for the separation of particles or bubbles of gas flow . Electric charge of the particles is a consequence of the so-called " corona effect " that appears when applying a potential difference to two wires of the corresponding geometric configurations. Thus released due to the " corona effect " acquire electrons in the vicinity of the conductors emiternyh high speed and impact force ionise gas molecules , thereby producing negative ions, which under the influence of an electric field to move rapidly collecting electrodes . During its movement ions captured on the particles are in suspension in a state of gas . These particles acquire a negative charge and are deposited on the collecting electrodes.
