The apparatus comprises a weir and several operating sections . The design of the overflow valve section provides the stability of flow to the working body , regardless of the process load carrying draining excess fluid under slight pressure ( 0.8-1.5 MPa) in the tank , but also protects the system from overloading. Feature distributor USR - 16 is the ability to independently control the flow of the working body , which is implemented by two spool distribution of elements in each working section . This allows working operations by negative process load (eg , accumulated potential energy cost) .
