Relay REZE -6 is intended for use when the following emergencies : - Illegal motor overload current caused by the stator winding phase loss , asymmetry of the phase voltages , technological overload, locked rotor or mezhduvitkovymi closures ; - Unintended disappearance engine load ( " dry run " of the water pump ); - Insufficient winding insulation resistance relative to the body of the engine disconnected ; - Motor thermal overload due to deteriorating terms of cooling. Allowed to use the relay at each of these emergency conditions separately. Relay REZE -6 works in conjunction with a magnetic starter ( contactor ) , the control circuit which feeds a voltage of 220 /380 V , 50 Hz , as well as current and temperature sensors . Phone performance current sensors chosen by a consumer depending on the range of controlled currents : Number 1 -> 1.5 A ; № 2 -> 5 - 25A ; № 3 -> A 25-125 ; № 4 -> 125-625 A. The principle of operation is based on the relay processing of the signals from the current sensor and a temperature sensor . When one of the signals exceeds a predetermined set point triggers an intermediate relay coil actuator supply circuit ( contactor ) disables it, and accordingly the engine.
