SYSTEM FOR PRODUCTION OF LIQUID FUELS (OPTIONAL-ELECTRICITY) FROM DOMESTIC AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE MADE OF SYNTHETIC MATERIALS
Purpose of the development:
T-Technology System is designed to produce liquid fuels (optional-electric power) of household and industrial waste from synthetic materials.
Recommended application field:
Energy. Ecology. Processing industry.
Advantages over analogues:
Allows to process not used before waste of synthetic materials, which are produced in industry and households. Technology enables recycling of PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene) and PS (polystyrene), obtained directly from landfills or waste sorting, without the need of costly preparation, that is the hallmark of technology. The system recycles a variety of waste mixed in any ratio to the PE PP or PS.
The development stage readiness:
Introduced in production
Technical and economic effect:
Standard system produces annually from 12 million kg Bookmarks
7,000,000 liters of fuel or supplies 5 MW power plant.
Description of the development:
() The system does not constitute an incinerator , is not used for pyrolysis of waste and is not a system for regranulation plastics. The process of recycling flowing system T-Technology, consists in cutting the long polymer chains of PE ( polyethylene) , PP ( polypropylene ) and PS ( polystyrene ) , i.e. their depolymerization. This process proceeds without the need for separation , grinding, washing , screening, drying, heating and without burning or partially burning the processed waste. 1000 kg bookmark system produces 550 liters of fuel oil or 3 MW / h of electricity . 75% of the energy required for the process is obtained from recycled waste. The system is modular , whereby it provides the recovery of any waste.
