Purpose of the development: Environmental technology is designed for drying of municipal sewage sludge and hybrid solar dryers.

Advantages over analogues: - Environmental technology, which allows to be independent of traditional fossil fuels , does not emit pollutants into the environment; - Dryer can be freestanding installation (not required of traditional energy supply from the outside) ; - Cheap and simple operation ; - Automation of the process that does not require constant maintenance ; - More than 4 - fold reduction in weight and volume of dry sludge ; - Biological stabilization and bezvonnost dry sediment , which can be used in agriculture or for combustion in heating systems .

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: Hybrid drying sludge - one of the cheapest ways to remove water from the rain. Evaporation of 1 ton of water consumption requires only 20-30 kWh. The resulting granules are suitable for use in agriculture or for burning in thermal systems for thermal energy (calorific value is comparable to the heat of combustion of brown coal (12 kcal / kg).

Unlike solar dryers , in which the main source of energy is the sun , hybrid dryers use additional , alternative sources of energy (heat from cooling cogenerator . Warm effluent land from burning biogas ) , which improves efficiency and allows drying sludge regardless of weather usloviy.Solnechnye and hybrid sewage sludge dryers - this setting , reminiscent of horticultural greenhouses, steel structure , covered with polycarbonate or glass. The principle of operation is based on the use of the greenhouse effect and floor heating to evaporate the water from the sludge . Indoors precipitation aerated and pelletized . Elimination of moisture from the plant provides automatic ventilation system . In the process of drying wet sludge is converted into granules , whereby more than 4 times the weight decreases and the volume of the sediment .
