SPECKLE INTERFEROMETRIC DIGITAL SYSTEM FOR NONDESTRUCTIVE QUALITY CONTROL OF BLADES AVIATION TURBINE
Purpose of the development:
The complex is designed for non-invasive diagnosis of the condition and quality control of aviation turbine blades using the phase modular speckle interferometry (ESPI).
Recommended application field:
The complex can be used in the aerospace industry, and after adaptation for specific tasks in the engineering and construction industries, as well as teaching and research equipment.
Technical characteristic:
1. The size of objects that are tested (blades), mm: 200x300.
2. Measurement accuracy, nm 10.
3. Measurement time, with: 1.

5. Overall dimensions of the complex, cm: 50 * 70 * 110.

Advantages over analogues:
Advantage of the complex is that it does not need metrological verification, the reference value since it has a fixed laser wavelength.

Technical and economic effect:
Thanks to the use of simplified design and components mainly Ukrainian production, the price of the developed device will be about $ 1,000. This is an order of magnitude less than the price of western counterparts.
Description of the development:
() Operation of the unit is based on the method of phase modular speckle interferometry (ESPI) - phase measuring laser light is modulated according to a predetermined algorithm and consistent over time with a small ( non-destructive ) test action on the object ( mechanical load , temperature, ultrasound) . The measurement results are as set specklegrams fixed television camera and processed by the computer to build up a picture of phase correlations. This analysis using the developed software package can uniquely determine the deformation of the object surface . Constructed two-dimensional object deformation profiles can diagnose heterogeneity and anisotropy of the vane material , the presence of microcracks and mechanical stresses.
