METHOD FOR PRODUCING BIOLOGICAL DRUGS TO FIGHT WITH BACTERIAL CANKER GRAPES


Purpose of the development: The development is designed to combat plant pathogens and can be used to inhibit the growth of bacterial pathogens and destruction of grape.

Recommended application field: Technology can be used to protect grapes in laboratories farms producing planting grapes in institutions conducting biological protection plantings, as well as in research laboratories studying biological features phytopathogens.

Advantages over analogues: A method for producing a biological preparation allows to quickly and cost-effectively obtain microbial metabolites that can more effectively inhibit bacterial pathogens cancer.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Technical and economic effect: Using the method developed to reduce labor and material costs for biological control bacterial canker, which makes attractive use of the method both in Ukraine and abroad.

Description of the development:

The method used in the production of biologicals to combat bacterial pathogens of grape - pathogenic Agrobacterium and is getting bacteriocins from crops and Rhizobium vitis Rhizobium radiobacter. Development produces sufficient amounts of bacteriocins active against closely related strains . The method provides for the selection of effective strains - producers of bacteria isolated from plant vineyards south of Ukraine. The use of bacteriocins produced on wound surfaces plants leads to a slight tumor compared with the control, or its complete absence .
