EVALUATION FOR ELAST HYDRODYNAMIC INDICATORS, GEAR AND MOTOR OILS IN UNSTEADY CONDITIONS WORK
Purpose of the development:
Rating elast hydrodynamic performance gear and motor oils in unsteady conditions of work is intended to improve the durability of friction units of vehicles.
Recommended application field:
Transport (Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, manufacturing plants of commercial oils (MMT "Ariane", "Azmol"), repair organizations and ATP).

The economic attractiveness of development for market promotion , application and realization, parameters, price : To ensure reliable operation of the friction unit requires careful selection of lubricant used in accordance with the operating conditions , the most important selection criteria are loading - the speed parameters , temperature , stationary or non-stationary modes operation. To ensure proper lubrication of tribological components integrated approach is needed to establish mechanisms for changing the thickness of the lubricating layer that occurs after the break-in to determine the dynamics of linear wear rate with increasing acceleration ( angular acceleration ) and an increase in the waiting time between the start-stop cycles for oil to establish a correlation between the specific work of friction and linear wear. The cost depends on the specific operating conditions .

() Methodology for determining the efficiency of lubrication oil on the kinetics of speed , load , temperature factors and dynamics of receipt of the lubricant in the contact zone . Methods of determining the lubricating oils and anti-friction properties on the basis of their assessment of the rheological characteristics in unsteady lubrication conditions . Mathematical model of reliability prediction process in pairs lubricating rolling and rolling with sliding. The main requirement , which extends the choice of lubricant is accounting regime lubrication , thus reducing energy loss through friction, extending the life of components and increase fuel economy.
