Description of the development:

In the first study to put a scientific problem develop prediction models of the cells transport facilities throughout the entire life cycle , from the design phase . Scientific formulation of the problem is made on the basis of new concepts about the patterns of degradation of reinforced concrete and theoretical positions depending on the resource elements of highway bridges on structural characteristics and conditions of the environment. First developed prediction models durability of reinforced concrete elements of highway bridges , which are suitable for use in all phases of the life cycle . Developed in the study of mathematical prediction model based on the resource of the kinetics of corrosion processes in concrete and reinforcement in the elements and establish the dependence of the lifetime of the elements of physical and mechanical properties of concrete , environmental exposure conditions . The adequacy of the models is proved. The study was first formulated the task of analyzing the risk of transport facilities in the function of the time variable to quantitative risk assessment of the bridge . All developed models brought to practical engineering techniques. The results of the completed study found wide implementation in the regulations for the design and operation of transport facilities (DSTU -H B.2.3 -2.3 2012).
