The concept and methodological apparatus selection strategy of the investment potential of ATP . Methodical provision justification to finance roads by assessing the intensity of traffic flow of vehicles , which includes the use of a parametric model identification of vehicles and traffic flow efficiency investment of financial resources in the road works taking into account the economic benefits of transport for ATP , region and individual transport users . Methodical provision of distribution of financial resources between the state road and territorial road funds of Ukraine , the essence of which is to balance state and local interests in the allocation of financial resources for the development and maintenance of highways . Scientific results make it possible to take into account as fully as possible the interests of all stakeholders. Agree with the decision by the project participants to justify recommendations to ensure an appropriate level of investment attractiveness of the enterprise on the basis of economic security schemes.
