Polimiksobakterin ( TU 24.1-00497360-004:2009 ) - is a brown liquid with a specific odor , containing at least 5 billion cells of bacteria Paenibacillus polymyxa KB in 1 ml. This microbial drug used in crop production technologies through bacterization seeds : sugar beet, corn , sunflower, cereals , flax . Acting factor is Polimiksobakterina phosphate - mobilizing bacteria Paenibacillus polymyxa KB, the mechanism of action is related to the properties of the bacteria to produce gluconic acid, acetic acid , succinic acid, uronic , lactic , butyric acid etc. , and a phosphatase enzyme that promotes the dissolution of sparingly soluble mineral and organic phosphates and soil fertilizers , resulting in activated process of assimilation of phosphorus by plants. In addition to influencing the dissolution of phosphorus bacteria produce substances phytohormone auxin , cytokinin and giberelinovoy nature that stimulate the growth and development of plants , affecting the formation and development of the root system, its absorptive capacity , which also helps to improve the assimilation of phosphates .
