BIOLOGICAL PREPARATION FOR INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY OF SOI, PEAS AND LUPINS - RIZOGUMIN


Purpose of the development: Rizogumin bacterization applied to soybean seeds, peas and lupins to improve nitrogen nutrition of plants, crop productivity.

Recommended application field: Agriculture.

Advantages over analogues: Biopesticide has multifunctional effects on plant growth and development . Provides an increase in field germination and seed vigor , promotes the formation of an extensive root system and active plant - bacterial nitrogen-fixing symbiosis , intensifies the process of photosynthesis in plants. Due to this , the inoculated plants have increased assimilation surface area as the root and ground mass , which affects the absorption of nutrients . In addition, as a result of the vigorous activity of introduced bacteria culture receives additional nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition . The drug has an active influence on the formation of generative organs , contributes to a significant increase in seed production culture. Amount of these functions provides a guaranteed yield reliable growth , and the resulting products have improved the quality parameters . Significant effect was maintained during the inoculation culture growing on soils with high-density populations of indigenous nodule bacteria .

Technical and economic effect: Efficiency. Grain yield of soybean using Rizogumina increases to 30-50% in growing cultures in the new places and up to 20-25% with dense native population of nodule bacteria in the soil.

The preparation includes a bacterial suspension of soybean nodule bacteria Bradyrhizobium japonicum M-8 or 46 (first component ) and a solution of physiologically active substances of biological origin ( auxins , cytokinins , amino acids , humic acid ) , minerals in chelated form and macronutrients in the starting compound concentrations ( second component). Appearance. The liquid packaged in two containers ( cans polyethylene container 5 , and 10 liter flasks polyethylene 2 L). In one vessel is bacterial suspension of soybean nodule bacteria Bradyrhizobium japonicum M-8 , or 46 ( the first component ) , the other - the solution of physiologically active substances , micro-and macro ( the second component ) . The drug is used for pre- seed inoculation by mechanical or manual processing of seed. TU 24.1-00497360-003:2007 , included in the list of pesticides and agrochemicals permitted for use in Ukraine (certificate of state registration of the Series A number 01863 ) . Implemented in a liquid form and peat .
