TURBO-EXPANDER UNITS (TEU) BY MEANS OF JET-JET AND VORTEX TURBINES
Purpose of the development:
For energy recovery from compressed natural gas at gas stations.
Recommended application field:
Enterprise gas, chemical and petrochemical industry, food processing, machine-building enterprises etc..
Technical characteristic:
Specifications TDA depend on the technical specifications for the design and application.
Advantages over analogues:
Benefits of jet-jet and vortex turbines can create TDA with a payback period of 1-2 years, cheaper, simpler structurally and technologically reliable and easy to use compared with the TDA on classical blade turbines.
The development stage readiness:
Introduced in production
Description of the development:
() In the gas and steam networks installed regulator and pressure at which the potential energy is irretrievably lost pressure compressed gases and vapors. With the help of turbo-expander units energy that is lost can be converted into mechanical energy on the shaft of the unit and used to drive any machine ( compressors , pumps, fans , etc.) or in the future be converted into electricity using a generator. The main element of turbine generator turbine is unconventional : jet- jet or vortex . These turbines , having all the advantages of classical turbines
(centripetal and axial ) , also have several advantages over them : they are much easier to constructively and less expensive to manufacture jet- reaction turbine , moreover, has low inertia and the ability to efficiently produce one degree more pressure ratio and a relatively low-speed vortex turbine that allows you to create TDA Direct execution.
