MATHEMATICAL MODELS "VIRTUAL HUMAN. CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM"
Purpose of the development:
The model allows to determine the variations in pressure, velocity and diameter of blood vessels, to assess the impact of drug therapy for cardiovascular disease, to conduct a diagnostic analysis of the pulse curves and computer simulation of surgical interventions, therapeutic and rehabilitation measures for the individual patient.
Recommended application field:
MES, NASU, NAMS of Ukraine.

Description of the development:
() The mathematical model of the cardiovascular system of a person based on anatomical and physiological data measurements and the mathematical model for the blood flow and the propagation of the pulse waves on a complex system of pipes branched. The geometry of the system has more than 1,000 tubes major systemic arteries and over 50,000 medium and small arteries of the internal organs which have been examined for anatomical preparations.
