Mineral fiber substrate "Belagro " made from mineral ( stone ) wool. It is similar to the composition of soil minerals , but not a source of nutrients. The binder which is used in the preparation of mineral wool , the fiber support at a certain distance from each other. This, on the one hand, and the resulting seal prevents product retains a stable form for long periods of time , on the other - it improves the porosity and moisture content of cotton wicking properties . Rockwool substrate for light, physical properties close to peat and sterile , ie contains weed pathogens and toxic substances. Substrate is packaged in a black and white film , which provides temperature regulation in the root zone , reducing algae growth.
