TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

NANOSTRUCTURED SILICA AND SILICA ORGANIC MATERIALS FOR CHROMATOGRAPHY AND TEST ANALYSIS


Purpose of the development: The development is designed for plates with sorbent layer monolithic planar chromatography, which are characterized by high efficiency separation.

Recommended application field: Visual binary testing of sulfate ions in the samples of sewage concomitant-reservoir water quality control of wastewater and gas exploration, development of new techniques of systems analysis and test verification of existing ones.

Advantages over analogues: Chromatographic separation of the plates obtained with a monolithic layer is more effective when the length of the light path of the mobile phase, which is accompanied by a significant reduction in separation time. Application of new chemometric approach for optimizing separation by normal phase TLC significantly reduces the amount of experiment when choosing mobile phase composition and provides confidence in achieving deep optimum for a particular separation.

Found kinetic equation pseudo- second order describing experimental data on sorption on solid sorbents and show that on the monolithic sorbent chemisorption occurs . Chemometric approach designed to optimize the partition in normal phase TLC , including the choice of solvents using a prism selectivity and interpretive optimization procedure was successfully applied to optimize the separation of a mixture of food coloring to conventional TLC plates. The methodology of evaluation of the maximum concentration of the sample to create a binary comparison is provided a method of testing and evaluating the content of sulfate ions in the passing- produced water using a reference sample . A new composition of the reaction mixture for the sol-gel synthesis and a set of activities and applications that reproducibility obtaining the plates with a thin layer of monolithic sorbent for planar chromatography .
