Purpose of the development: Alternative production of liquid hydrocarbon fuels (hydrocarbon mixture rich in aromatic hydrocarbons) from a mixture of liquid petroleum products and biogenic raw materials. Liquid fuel Related combustible gas can be used directly, for example as a boiler fuel or as a feedstock for further processor.She quality in gasoline, and to produce electricity on CHP.

Recommended application field: Refining industry. Classification consumer. Industrial processing companies - suppliers of petroleum products.

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Technical and economic effect: Depth of processing of hydrocarbons (rare heavy oil) increased to 90%, reduced particle of hydrocarbons due to their replacement by biogenic raw materials, output product- liquid alternative fuel chemical composition close to the light oil.

Description of the development:

As biogenic raw materials can be used peat or waste, such as Woodworking industry, agriculture, food industry, household. The use of such materials allows to obtain a more environmentally friendly fuel and improve the environment through recycling. Biogenic material is previously ground and dispersed, regulate change in the concentration of aromatic hydrocarbons and composition of raw materials, which are introduced depending on the values of increasing the concentration of aromatic hydrocarbons in the gas mixture.
