Application of ultrasonic scalpel with a nozzle in the form of scissors provides reliable hemostasis, full adaptation of the wound edges due to the effect of biological fusion of different layers of the stomach wall and duodenum , reduction of the area of coagulation necrosis and the lack of damage to adjacent organs . Based on the results of biomedical experiments developed the method of exposing the wall of the gastrointestinal tract , which is characterized by the smallest lateral tissue damage , provides beneficial for repair processes and reducing the risk of insolvency of anastomotic sutures .
