METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE COLOR TEMPERATURE BODIES WITH DIGITAL CAMERA


Purpose of the development: The method relates to the field of pyrometry, more particularly, to methods for measuring the color temperature and can be used to determine the surface temperature of the movable portions and stationary bodies.

Recommended application field: The utility model can be applied in research of thermal processes, metallurgy (in many processes, especially the casting, rolling and forging), metal, power control is widely used process (burning particulate fuel, plasma spraying, welding, etc.).

Technical characteristic: 1. Temperature measurement range, K: 1000 - 10000. 2. Accuracy,%, not less than 2%. 3. To implement the method need a digital camera, a simple system of mirrors (or prisms) and interference filters.

Advantages over analogues: As compared with analogs proposed method has several advantages. In particular, the implementation of low cost, improving the accuracy of determination of the temperature and the creation of opportunities to work with a number of bands of radiation more than three (this allows you to use modern methods of multi-color pyrometry with virtually any number of colors).

Technical and economic effect: Economic advantages of the method based on the use of its application for widespread use of devices that have a low price. The cost of the method is significantly less than peers.

The inventive method consists in forming on the matrix of sensitive elements of the camera images of multiple objects in multiple portions of the spectrum and then comparing the digitized luminance and determining the temperature based on the known methods for multicolor.
