Purpose of the development: Development relates to metallurgy, in particular, to methods for improving the production of cast alloy steels with carbonitride strengthening.

Recommended application field: Metallurgical enterprises.

Advantages over analogues: Development yields overall increase yield of 42 MPa, tensile strength 14 MPa, the toughness (KCU-40) at 16 J / cm and elongation of 2% in the manufacture of thick-walled pipes centrifugally.

The formulation of the task to improve the method of production of cast alloy steels with carbonitride strengthening in which to provide high mechanical properties of steel, including and brittle fracture is used a higher content of nitrogen in the molten metal . The problem is solved in that the method of production of cast alloy steels with carbonitride includes strengthening steel production in the melting furnace , its deoxidation , azotonositelya additive , metal production in the steel ladle , ladle introduction deoxidizers containing alkaline earth metals, aluminum-containing materials and ferrotitana . The inventive metal in the ladle is further purged with nitrogen and poured onto a centrifugal machine argon stream protection .
