MULTI-CHANNEL OPTICAL PYROMETER WITH A WIDE FIELD OF REVIEW


Purpose of the development: Eight optical pyrometer can measure independently eight brightness temperatures, the temperature distribution over the eight points of the spectrum, as well as 28 light temperatures at two points.

Recommended application field: Industrial enterprises.

Technical characteristic: 1. Optical wavelength range: 0,48-1,8 microns. 2. Temporal resolution: 6.10 sec. 3. Basic error of not more than 3%.

Advantages over analogues: Designed pyrometer has several advantages over similar products. In particular, the use of 8 channels with variable optical filters provides for measurement of the light fluxes at wavelengths characteristic for passing certain reactions.

Wide field of view of the pyrometer (~ 8 degrees ) allows to measure the luminous flux of large linear dimensions of objects , and the lack of optical devices between the object and the radiation detector - to determine not only the temperature but also the brightness of these subscribers . Pyrometer can be used both independently and as part of the process equipment in engineering, mining industry , metallurgy , etc. It is also proposed a technique with which when using eight channel can detect the temperature of the pyrometer and the emission factor of the optical densities of the flame.
