DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY FOR SYNTHESIS OF HOUSING ELEMENT LIGHTLY ARMORED VEHICLES FOR SPECIAL PURPOSE


Purpose of the development: The aim of the project is to create methods to ensure high performance characteristics of wheeled light armored vehicles in the design, manufacture and testing of modernization by the stress-strain state of their shells, suspension and other elements under high load and selection on the basis of this amplification circuit housings and rational design parameters which provide an acceptable level of the fortress and stiffness, as well as the development of the authoring system integrated parametric synthesis of complex structures involving prostrastvennyh methods for completed items.

Recommended application field: Mechanical Engineering

Technical characteristic: Outgoing task ensuring fortress body rigidity and light armored vehicles includes the development of methods, models, algorithms for determining the stress-deformation state buildings for a rational choice of their parameters in order to improve the technical characteristics of the process of modernization.

Advantages over analogues: The novelty of the project lies in the fact that this pioneering work in this very important from the point of view of national security and export potential, the direction in Ukraine. First proposed by the authors on the basis of an integrated method of creation and research of physical and mechanical processes in complex mechanical systems developed a comprehensive program of research is very complex objects - buildings martial light armored vehicles.
