2-OXO-1-PYRROLIDINE ACETAMIDE HYDROXYETHYLIDENE DIPHOSPHONATE OGERMANAT (IV), WHICH IS MANIFESTED CEREBROVASCULAR PROTECTIVE ACTIVITY
Purpose of the development:
Development can be proposed for use as a highly effective and safe drug which exhibits antiischemic activity in conditions of cerebral stroke.
Recommended application field:
Development can be realized by the enterprises and organizations of the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
Advantages over analogues:
Awareness-patent search for the CIS countries, Germany, USA, France, Great Britain and Japan showed that part of the invention relating to new chemical compounds, process for its preparation and pharmacological action has no analogues. 2-oxo-1-hydroxy polyvinyl Leaded dandy phospho natogermanat cerebroprotective exhibits significantly greater effect than the reference drug - Piracetam ("Farmak", Ukraine).
The development stage readiness:
tested in laboratory condition
Technical and economic effect:
Thanks to the environmentally sound synthesis in aqueous solutions, low energy costs, availability of raw materials in Ukraine for making connections, as well as its high cerebroprotective effect and low toxicity, production developed preparation seems profitable. Estimated cost can be calculated after detailed testing and serial production.
Description of the development:
() Laboratory studies have shown that the developed 2-oxo-1-hydroxy polyvinyl Leaded dandy phosphonato germanate can be used in clinical medicine as a means of correcting the pharmacokinetics towards enhanced uptake in ischemic stroke brain that promotes rapid implementation cerebroprotective effect. Implementation requires further clinical trials.
