It is proposed : - Solving the problems of protection of facilities and homes from flooding and waterlogging ( advice, guidance , schemes, feasibility studies , preliminary designs and workers , construction of drainage systems " turnkey ", etc.; - Development of integrated circuits protection / agricultural land and settlements from flooding surface waters and groundwater flooding ( on the basin or administrative- territorial principles ); - Development of flood and waterlogging of land rural settlements ; - Design and construction of drainage and drainage systems on the football fields and golf courses , tennis courts , horse - sports venues and the like; - Standard project flood pond hydroelectric plant on the small rivers of the Carpathian region of Ukraine; - Energy efficient heating of residential buildings using heat pumps in areas experiencing flooding .
