Designed and manufactured complex special X-ray equipment for structural studies of materials under specific conditions , characterized by high values of extreme temperatures (1773-2773 K) , the vacuum level (10-4 - 10-8 Pa) , the ability to use a variety of operating environments and samples. The complex includes : - High automated diffractometer materials research in the liquid state at temperatures up to 2273 K in a vacuum to 2073 K in an inert gas atmosphere ; - Automated small-angle X-ray diffractometer for investigating diffuse scattering at temperatures up to 1773 K in a vacuum or in an inert gas atmosphere ; - High- automated diffractometer for materials research in the liquid and solid states in a vacuum , inert or corrosive environment ( extreme temperatures from 1273 to 2773 K) ; - Automatic diffractometer for the study of single crystals and coarse-grained materials; - Energy Dispersive diffractometer for studies in normal conditions in a wide temperature range (80 - 873 K) and pressure (0.2 - 8.0 GPa ) using synchrotron as well as standard X-ray radiation ; - General purpose diffractometer with registration angular and energy diffraction pattern ; - High diffractometer studies of radioactive materials. Created separate original units : automatic texture console , automatic goniometer , a monochromator , a collimator , sample changer . All developed equipment controlled PC.
