Designed step process the conversion of synthesis gas to dimethyl ether as alternative diesel fuels. As part of the research is mounted pilot plant with a reactor volume of 10 liters, which worked out the main technological parameters. Process conditions: catalyst of copper and zinc in the form of three-functional thin-film membranes; temperature of 240-260 degrees Celsius, pressure - 4.0 MPa; consumption of raw materials 110-160 l / h; the ratio of H2: CO = (3 + / -5) / 1.
