TOUCH MATERIAL BASED ON INDUSTRIAL CONDUCTIVE AND POLYMERS AND SYSTEM FOR REGISTRATION OF HIS TOUCH RESPONSE


Purpose of the development: The touch-based conductive material and the polymers suitable for industrial use in sensory devices.

Recommended application field: The developed material and the system can be utilized in chemical industries, where it is used ammonia or various acids leak detection of these substances in the environment.

Advantages over analogues: Dielectric matrix composite provides high strength and stability of the sensor material.

Description of the development:

This material is a transparent composite plastic film based on a polymer dielectric industrial ( polyethylene terephthalate , polyamide , polycarbonate, Polyvinylidene fluoride , etc. ) in the surface layer (1-2 microns ) which are distributed through the touch polymerization polymer polyaniline ( PANI ) . Depending on the chemical state of polyaniline ( emeraldinovaya base or salt) , the material can interact with an acidic substance ( or a pair of solutions of hydrochloric acid, acetic acid , formic acid , etc.) or basic properties (ammonia, alkaline solutions , etc.) . As a result of such interactions PANI changes color optical density and electrical conductivity ), and this allows the use of composites in its respective sensor devices . To register the touch response of the developed materials in the gas phase by changing the optical density of the sensor system is designed .
