ECOLOGICALLY PURE TECHNOLOGY FOR UTILIZATION OF INTERCOURSE LARGE AUTOMOBILE TIRES


Purpose of the development: Environmentally friendly technology is designed for large recycling used tires.

Advantages over analogues: The proposed technology allows to obtain: crumb rubber W <0.3 mm for use as an additive in the rubber composition for tire production and production of rubber products ; rubber crumb W > 0.3 < 0.65 mm for use as an additive in asphalt mixture ; crumb rubber W > 0.65 < 2.3 mm for the implementation of the hydrogenation process to produce : generating gas , liquid gasoline fraction of heavy fuel oil and hydrocarbon fractions . Drying worn oversized tires performed thermodynamic method , the destruction of tires produced without removing the bead cores using magnetic - resonance method into its constituent parts : rubber , textiles and metal.
