THE THREE-STAGE VOLTAGE REGULATOR WITH REMOTE CONTROL BASED ON UNREGULATED DOWN TRANSFORMER
Purpose of the development:
The device is intended for use in low-voltage up to 1000 V, where it is necessary to raise or lower the voltage at the load to a certain constant value, and thus, if necessary, the controller ensures the equality of input voltage and the output (receiving the output rated voltage at rated input ).
Recommended application field:
Electrical Engineering. Energy.
Advantages over analogues:
Introduction to unregulated down transformer additional elements adds functionality to the device becomes a three-stage , which allows not only to change the output voltage , but also to keep it on the controller output at the input , which gives more flexibility to address issues in the energy saving low voltage electrical networks. A distinctive feature of the proposed controller is a simple design and circuit design , the use of serial unregulated down transformer as a booster , sinusoidal output voltage , small weight and size , and cost.
The development stage readiness:
Ready for application
Description of the development:
() The controller uses a conventional step-down transformer with unregulated non-partitioned three windings and magnetic contactor ( K1, K2, K3) , which provide remote control of the voltage regulator control buttons. For heavier loads , you can use transformers series TBS2 capacity of 1.6 kVA, voltage up to 660 V , which are also designed to control supply of low-voltage electric and signaling circuits . When using the controller in addition to the three-phase version , you can use single-phase transformers , three-phase TT series , which are designed to supply low voltage rectifiers.
