DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGIES, EQUIPMENT AND CONSUMABLES (FLUX CORED WIRE) FOR APPLICATION THE REHABILITATION AND WEAR-RESISTANT COATINGS BY THE THERMAL SPRAYING


Purpose of the development: The system is designed for the application of coatings on various restoration parts.

Recommended application field: Protection against atmospheric corrosion of large structures, bridges, tanks, etc., as well as protection from gas-abrasive wear of the heating elements of boilers of thermal power plants. Coatings can be applied in the printing industry, oil and gas, energy, transport and other areas of the economy of Ukraine.

Technical characteristic: - Spraying performance (maximum), kg / h of aluminum - 10.0; Zinc - 30.0; cored wire - 12.0; - Working pressure, MPa - 0.5-0.6; - Air flow, m3/min - 1.5; - Mass of the spray head, kg - 1.5; - Power consumption, kW - 16.0.

Description of the development:

The developed electric Metallizator allows you to: - To obtain coatings with low porosity 3-5%, corrosion and abrasion resistance; - To reduce the roughness of aluminum and zinc coatings with Rz - 50-60 microns to Rz - 40-45 microns, which allows to reduce the amount of 20-30% for the subsequent paint refinishing; - Getting a wear resistant flux-cored wires, allowing to increase service life of the boiler heating elements TPP 2-3.
