METHOD OF WATER TREATMENT FROM CATIONIC DYES
Purpose of the development:
The invention relates to the field of wastewater treatment, and can be used for purification of wastewater containing dyes, cationic type.
Recommended application field:
The textile, pulp and paper, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Technical characteristic:
Development can clean sewage from cationic dyes is 95%, where the concentration of the cationic dyes not exceed 150 mg / l.
Advantages over analogues:
Comparative analysis made on the basis of patent search (among the leading countries: Russia, Britain, Germany, France, USA, Japan, Ukraine), has shown that the essential features developed a method for purifying water from cationic dyes has no analogs.

Description of the development:
() A method of water purification from cationic dyes is that the water, which is cleaned at a pH of 6-10 , is administered adsorbent of vegetable origin ( sunflower husk ), which was stirred with water , whereupon the water defend least 2.5 hours , after which the adsorbent is separated from the water by filtration.
The adsorbent used for water purification, is an agro waste in the production of sunflower oil in the fat and oil companies. The spent adsorbent is regenerated impractical due to its low cost and availability, it is recommended to use as insulating filler material .
