Research is conducted in the following areas : the creation of the theoretical foundations of the method , the development of techniques and applications of design and manufacture diagnostics tools ferromagnetnyh structural elements. Proposed a method of equivalent comparisons , allowing approximately with sufficient accuracy to determine the stress intensity factor ( CIN ) in the body with a crack of arbitrary configuration under the influence of an external magnetic field ( magnetoelastic problem) , if such a configuration is known CIN caused by mechanical stresses (elastic problem). The studies proved that it is possible to identify CIN body with a crack b1 complex configuration under the influence of an external magnetic field , with magnetoelastic solution for CIN in the body with a crack simple configuration b2 and relevant solutions for CIN similar elastic problems affected only the outer mechanical load. For materials ferromagnetnyh way local excitation of elastic waves AE- magnetic field caused by an external source. Then an external magnetic field will create a concentration of mechanical stresses in the vicinity of the defect to be determined by CIN. Thus there Barkhausen jumps in the vicinity of crack-like defects and emitted signals MAE . So , combining CIN change due to the applied external magnetic field ferromagnet with a change in the parameters of the MAE can be judged on the extent of damage to the ferromagnet. Taking into account that the magnetic field zanikaet quickly with distance, and created a model obtained according to appropriate analytical element metal with a flat surface to which an external magnetic field , located above the surface . According to studies made appropriate measuring instruments , in particular the magnetoacoustic measuring system MAE - 1L , which is designed to solve the problems of selection and processing of information provided by the MAE signals occurring during excitation Barkhausen jumps in a ferromagnet by an external alternating magnetic field. According to the results of theoretical - experimental research fields movements designed and manufactured technical devices for the detection of local damage to structural elements feromagnitnyh signals magnetoelastic acoustic emission and held their metrological certification .
