Purpose of the development: Nonchemical rapid method of analysis of the quality granulated hops are used for rapid simultaneous comprehensive analysis of its key indicators, without the use of chemicals.

Recommended application field: Beer and soft drinks and other enterprises for processing agricultural raw materials.

The essence of development is to hop special sample preparation for analysis by crushing , screening, grinding through a sieve and measuring diffuse reflection spectra of the resultant homogeneous sample with an integrated automatic definition of key indicators. Analysis carried out on near- infrared analyzer, the spectrum. The developed method is comparative in nature, so only requires a calibration of the instrument using standard analytical methods. Using a rapid method to quickly and accurately determine the content of alpha - , beta acids and moisture that form the cost price , the technological features of production and quality of commercial products , and thus to optimize the valuation of hops before actually making a wort , various blended his party and save valuable raw materials. Relatively high expenditure on the purchase of the instrument for analysis pays off fast enough. The authors are looking for partners - business owners brewing , pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetics , canned food and baking industry to collaborate on the implementation of this method of analysis.
