Confectionery market special purpose showed no protein products - biscuits and whipped marshmallow special purpose. On the market there are analogs according to products , but their drawback is the presence of sugar in the formulations . In these technologies, confectionery sugar is completely absent . Instead of sugar, sugar substitutes used new generation - isomaltitol and maltitol . These sweeteners have half the calories , and low glikemichnost have prebiotic properties , allowing their use for the production of confectionery products for special purposes, which may consume all population groups , including people with diabetes .
