Technology developed protein-whipped foam cookies and marshmallow confection special purpose for all populations, including patients with diabetes.
Recommended application field:
The proposed technology can be used in the confectionery industry food industry in mass production and in the field of hotel and restaurant business.
Advantages over analogues:
The proposed technology confectionery not require specialized equipment, and can be developed on the existing equipment. Compared with existing analogues, these products are twice lower calorie and reduced glikemichnost 2-3 times, which is important for people who are overweight and diabetic patients.

() Confectionery market special purpose showed no protein products - biscuits and whipped marshmallow special purpose. On the market there are analogs according to products , but their drawback is the presence of sugar in the formulations . In these technologies, confectionery sugar is completely absent . Instead of sugar, sugar substitutes used new generation - isomaltitol and maltitol . These sweeteners have half the calories , and low glikemichnost have prebiotic properties , allowing their use for the production of confectionery products for special purposes, which may consume all population groups , including people with diabetes .
