The proposed technology is based on using mehanoimpulsnoy metal processing (IPI) - a highly effective method of increasing the resource and improve the performance properties of machine parts by dispersing nanoscale structure to parametrma (grain size up to 15-30 nm ), changes in the chemical composition of the surface alloying of special polymer technology environments (TC ) and thermomechanical hardening of the surface layers of machine parts without changing the structural state of the matrix material .
