PREDICTION OF THE POSSIBILITY OF FURTHER OPERATION DEGRADED STEEL PIPELINES TPP


Purpose of the development: On the basis of experimental studies, developed a methodical approach to the evaluation of the technical state of the metal parogonov and justification of the possibility of further safe operation.

Recommended application field: Thermal Engineering. Developed technique offer to introduce businesses and organizations operating parogony high and medium pressure, and body oil hydrocracking reactors, tube furnaces rifominga etc.

The basis of the prediction is the correct assessment of the degraded metal considering technological factors that lead to degradation, which in turn leads to loss of properties that provide structural design life at the beginning of their operation. The technique allows for a relatively short period of time (several months) to simulate in the laboratory the degradation of steel, which in operational conditions is achieved in tens of years. Technique , which consists in a high-speed thermal cycling laboratory samples in the environment of hydrogen gas from working for parogonov to room temperature , allowed to justify the critical level of degradation of the metal and is the first step in developing an approach to the evaluation of the technical state of the metal continuously operated parogonov . In particular, it is shown that thermal cycling in hydrogen degradation intensifies 12H1MF steel . In addition , the degradation is determined not only the duration of operation but also the number of process interruptions . Changes in the microstructure of the metal during prolonged high-temperature operation can be accelerated under the influence and tensile stresses , and metal saturation with hydrogen. This reduces degradation of the metal phase , and as a consequence , the overall durability.
