Strengthening the work surfaces of new parts by electric welding wear resistant coating with a thickness of 2 to 6 mm material of high and ultrahigh hardness increases the service life of 3-8 times depending on the operating conditions and the thickness of the coating.

Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Mo, W , etc. , Oxidizer - C, B, Si, N2, H2, O2, S, Se , etc. , reaction products - carbides, borides, silicides , nitrides and other compounds. Developed and implemented a unique technology of super-hard wear-resistant surfacing materials SHS class in the form of powder electrodes and tape. Also developed a modern composite wear-resistant material and its production technology using SHS phenomenon . It is characterized by extremely high levels of durability and cutting ability and is manufactured as a compact cylindrical shape inserts in a metal shell.
