Technological environment and coolants provide effective machining and reliably protect against corrosion, easier to work with machines and significantly prolong their life.

Prominent among funds occupy temporary anticorrosive protection , conservation and lubricants , which include : - Corrosion inhibitor ; - Conservation and conservation workers' oil; - Film-forming inhibitor oil composition; - Protective complex compositions , displacing water. The production of lubricants according to the conservation TU 23.2-13810574-003-2002 " Environment conservation oil brand ACS ." Depending on the viscosity produce three grades : SS- 1 , SS- 2 , SS- 3 . Conducted tests and studies have proven the effectiveness of conservation funds for their application. Working preservative oil ACS -2 differs from similar imported not only the cost but also the technological parameters . It provides temporary anticorrosive protection for more than 24 months in particularly harsh environments . Working preservative oil ACS - 2 is recommended for protection against corrosion of metals , and metal parts in a humid tropical climate up to 18 months when stored .
