TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

RESOURCE SAVING TECHNIQUES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MICROBIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS FOR THE NEEDS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS


Purpose of the development: It is proposed for the implementation of resource-saving technologies and equipment package for small-tonnage production of microbiological preparations in liquid formulation to ensure, first of all, the needs of large and medium-sized farms in the means of biological protection of plants against pests and diseases, bio-fertilizers, growth of plants and animals.

Recommended application field: Agriculture, animal husbandry, farming.

Technical characteristic: The proposed technology meets all requirements of industrial biotechnology and small-tonnage production of organic products and is based on the application of new developments.

Advantages over analogues: The introduction of a thin-walled femetatsion equipment will allow 2.5 times to reduce metal and, consequently, energy costs in comparison with traditional plant equipment, reduce production area of 1.5 times, improve safety culture and production, to achieve aseptic conditions, improve the quality of the manufacturing operations and The result is a high quality, with low cost microbial preparations.

The set of equipment is built in a modular and consists of module preparation invigorating environment module module fermentation and sterile air. Module fermentation - a thin walled device which is in contrast to conventional reactors, which are used as biological production fermenters equipped for carrying out qualitative and fermentation process has significant advantages in energy. Its design features also has a module multistage cleaning and sterilization of compressed air.
